You must sign in with a valid Google account to post listings or contact sellers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

4. Posting Guidelines

When posting listings, you agree that you will NOT post:

Illegal items, weapons, drugs, or controlled substances.
Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings.
Spam or duplicate listings.
Items you do not own or have the right to sell.
Listings that violate any applicable laws in Pakistan.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
Using the platform for commercial spam or mass messaging.
Impersonating other users or businesses.
Sharing other users' personal information without consent.

6. Transactions

Akbarpura.pk is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions occur directly between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of items listed, or for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy items.

Always meet in a safe, public location when exchanging goods. We strongly recommend completing transactions in person in a public place.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, descriptions). By posting content, you grant Akbarpura.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on our platform.

8. Advertising

Our platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may take you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice. We may also suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Akbarpura.pk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the reliability of users. Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akbarpura.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
